Bio's

Angus Oblong - Creator of Adult Swim's animated series, "The Oblongs" and author/illustrator of the books, "Creepy Susie & 13 Other Tragic Tales for Troubled Children" & "13 More Tragic Tales for Ugly Children." He is mentally insane, physically deformed and not dead yet.
Mr. Oblong resides in Southern California, which he hates, with his hideous, fat, loud wife and their two dying children, but he spends most of his time with their 17 year-old pool boy, Chet.

John Tyndall - Is Directing  and Co-Producing his first major play for his BFA Senior project at Cornish College of the Arts. He's trilled to be presenting the Seattle premiere of Angus Oblong's The Victorian Hotel. This show ties together John's passion for puppets, horror, and comedy;  With the added bonus of getting to work with his long time inspiration Angus Oblong. John says "I didn't get here on his own. I'm deeply grateful for the  support of his brother Jeremy Tyndall and to Daddy Jeff Henness and his partner Dan (Puppy) Daniels. Who always encouraged me to keep pushing forward even when I didn't think I could.
Corynn Carignan - Born and raised in Olympia, Washington where she began her long affair with theater when she was in second grade and was cast as a monkey in her school’s production of The Jungle Book. 12 years later, Corynn is proud to be a sophomore at Cornish College of the Arts where she is pursuing a degree in Stage Management. Some of her Stage Management credits include Frog Prince (Cornish College of the Arts), Hairspray (Apple Tree Productions), and The Addams Family Musical (Apple Tree Productions).
Amber Granger - Amber is very excited to be joining the cast and creative team of The Victorian Hotel! Amber’s
love for the theatre began while she was in high school, where she was able to explore the many
triumphs and challenges that come with the production process. She is currently studying at
Cornish College of the Arts to earn her B.F.A. in Performance Production. Amber has worked on
several Cornish Theatre productions such as: It Can’t Happen Here (Cornish Playhouse), Sister
Act (Cornish Playhouse), and Shakespeare’s The Tempest (Raisbeck Performance Hall).
Torsen Humphrey - Is currently a Sophomore Lighting Student at Cornish. He is originally from Bend, Oregon and has been enjoying his time in Seattle so far. This isn't his first rodeo, but has more than enjoyed his experience.
Heather Cook - (Bell Boy, Succubelle) is delighted to be making her Oblong debut in John Tyndall’s senior project. Recent credits include Waxie Moon's After the Funeral (Lady's Maid), The Rimers of Eldritch (Nelly Windrod), Sanctuary (Julia). She is earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Original Works at Cornish College of the Arts. For more information visit heatherdawncook.com
Bryan Pope - Bryan doesn't have a personality of his own so he's delighted every chance he gets to pretend to have whichever fake one someone's made up for him in front of a crowd of normal people who can appreciate him for what he might have been in a more generous lifetime.  He studied Shakespeare in college and performs in many of his own productions that don't seem to amuse anyone but himself and his severely ill bitch of a grandmother.
Jason Mondine - A life long puppeteer and creator of The Zoo Pack, which uses puppets and humor to teach natural history. In 2016 he became the head puppeteer for the Cando Puppet Company. He appears regularly at Woodland Park Zoo, has appeared in several puppet slams and was the final act at Jim Henson Con in 2017.
Jason Girdler - Caught the performance bug early in his life. Winning his first Command Performance at
the CMEA music festival in 1989 for vocal performance. He went on to be the youngest person to have
received the honor of performing with the Sacramento Opera chorus at just 17 years old. That same
year he won DCI world championships marching soprano bugle with the Santa Clara Vanguard Drum and
Bugle Corps. Since those early years Jason has become an accomplished actor, singer, voice-over actor & puppeteer. Currently working as the Assistant Director and Puppeteer for the the CanDo Puppet Company’s
Christmas Special, as well as a core Puppeteer for The Zoo Pack Puppets.
